Pamela Lloyd | Facilitator
Pam is an executive coach and lead facilitator. Pam brings humor, sensitivity, business acumen, and positive energy to her coaching, empowering people to unlock their possibility and excellence. An extrovert, she loves connecting with people, listening to their stories and connecting the dots. She thrives in Portland with her husband and two teen boys, and two old dogs who keep her busy.
Pam is a Coaches Training Institute-certified coach, with an MBA from Wharton and an undergraduate degree in Archaeology from Yale. She grew up in Cambridge MA and followed her passion for art, architecture and design to New York City, where she spent 18 years marketing brands and launching businesses in the publishing and media fields.
Pam loves adventures, travel, and has a performance-oriented mindset, having competed in lacrosse, sailing, rowing crew, and field hockey. She loves to ski and the metaphor of climbing is deeply meaningful to her, having trekked to Everest Base Camp, and summited both Washington’s Mt Rainier and Wyoming’s Grand Teton.
