Ty Yarnell | Facilitator & Coach
Ty earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice and her graduate degree in Clinical Social Work from California State University Sacramento while working full time in Law Enforcement. Taking time away from her private psychotherapy practice in an effort to understand the body, mind, soul connection, she has continued her education in Herbal Healing, Massage Therapy, and Spiritual Counseling. Ty and her life partner live on 4 acres in the small town of Auburn CA, where they are raising two dogs, two cats, chickens, salt water fish, a ferret, an Iguana, and 5 beautiful daughters.
In her spare time, Ty loves to hike, restore vintage furniture, read, knit, and play frisbee. To say Ty wakes up in the morning and hits the ground running is an understatement. She has a passion for life and lives it to the fullest.
Mother, massage therapist, swim coach, hospice/AIDS social worker, soccer coach, psychotherapist, SWAT team member, detective, street cop… Ty has done it all. While her life reflects an eclectic path, she firmly believes each of her experiences has contributed to her unique perspective and style as a leadership advisor. Guided by her deep spiritual connection, she is committed to guiding others in reflective and purposeful contemplation.
